Nekter Juice Bar

I want to like this place but it’s summer in Texas and OJ for $9 for a mini is a bit ridiculous. I get it, you’re supposed to get a mix but this is a juice bar and you missed first base.

Do not waste your money coming here. We got 2 different flavors and both just tasted like I was drinking ice. Absolutely no flavors at all once so ever. They really should use frozen fruit instead of ice but probably being cheap. Biggest disappointment I’ve had in a very long time. Run away!

Unfortunately the experience I had here was quite terrible. I ordered a protein bowl, however after payment they realized no protein. The young caucasian girl then stated "just get something else without protein". The point of the protein bowl is literally In the name of the item. I asked for a refund and was told "not sure if we even do refunds." Management (joesph) was called and I waited 30 minutes for back and forth on how to receive my money back. Very unprofessional and seems like management had no knowledge of how the system worked. I was then offered a gift card because all the employees at the location had no access to give a refund. I then told the associate I would rather my original payment back. She then tells me "well the only way you can get your money back is if you wait for management". I then replied "ok no problem what time is management coming?". Her reply " you would have to wait until 1300 (1pm)." The time was 0730 in the morning. No professionalism what so ever from management. No regard for the customer time. At that point I told her notify management I will be calling law enforcement. Then magically I got my money back in less then 5minutes. I felt bad f

The girls working were extremely rude, owners were there too and didn’t even care. The bowl was AWFUL. tasted like water just look at this picture. Girl gave me 2 slices of strawberry had to ask for more. Was the worst experience, used to like this place, won’t be coming back, off to vitality bowls.

I have been ordering here for the last three years but the last handful times I’ve gotten my bowls, the quality is extremely disappointing and the customer service was lackluster when it came to even replying my emails. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.
